Website Terms and Conditions
Last updated May 5, 2026
Overview
This page sets forth the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) for our website, naviatherapy.com, as well as any other websites operated by Navia Therapy (“Website”).
Definitions
The terms “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Navia Therapy.
The terms “you,” “your,” or “user” refer to individuals visiting or otherwise making use of the Website.
All information, text, graphics, design elements, photos, images, documents, data, and other materials made available on the Website or through our services (collectively, the “Content”) are owned by us and protected under United States intellectual property law.
The Website provides general resources related to mental health and therapy, including a directory of providers (the “Service”). Please note that this Website is not a replacement for therapy or professional mental health care, and Navia Therapy does not deliver therapeutic services through this Website.
By using the Website or Services, whether free or paid, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these Terms without modification.
Eligibility and Age Restrictions
This Website is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and older. By accessing or using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Website under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), this Website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information without parental consent, we will promptly delete it.
Reliance on Information
The information available through the Website is offered for general informational purposes only. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own discretion and risk. Navia Therapy disclaims any responsibility or liability for reliance placed on such information by you, other visitors, or anyone informed of its contents.
Some material on the Website may be contributed by third parties, including bloggers, external licensors, or other users. All statements, opinions, and content expressed in such material belong solely to the person or entity that provided it. Navia Therapy is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of content provided by third parties.
Navia Therapy Directory
The directory feature is intended only as an informational tool. Your use of the directory does not create a therapist–client relationship with Navia Therapy. We collect and display information about providers, but we do not independently verify, endorse, or vet the professionals listed. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate and select a provider.
Not a Diagnosis or Medical Advice
Navia Therapy is a matching and directory service, not a healthcare provider. Nothing on this Website — including the intake quiz, fit scores, specialty highlights (such as “Treats ADHD” or similar tags), or any explanatory text we display alongside a therapist — constitutes a diagnosis, medical advice, a clinical screening, or a clinical evaluation of you.
Specialty highlights are generated by matching the concerns you describe in the intake quiz against each therapist’s self-reported areas of focus. They reflect what the therapist has told us they treat — not a determination by Navia Therapy that you have any particular condition. Only a licensed clinician who has evaluated you in person or by telehealth can diagnose a mental-health condition or recommend a course of treatment.
You should not rely on anything you see on the Website in place of professional clinical judgment, and you should not delay seeking care from a licensed professional because of something you read here. If you are experiencing a mental-health emergency or a suicidal crisis, please call or text 988(the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the United States) or call 911.
Fit Scores
Fit scores and any displayed percentages are generated by our proprietary fit scoring process to help you compare providers at a glance. They are presentational and may not reflect the exact internal signals used to rank providers, may vary across sessions, and are not a guarantee of clinical fit or outcome. You remain solely responsible for selecting a provider.
Intellectual Property
The Website and Services include intellectual property owned by Navia Therapy, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary content, logos, and the overall “look and feel” of the site.
You are granted no license or right to use these marks or content without prior written approval from Navia Therapy.
You may not reproduce, distribute, alter, publicly display, or exploit in any way any of the Website’s content, services, or intellectual property without written permission. Violations may result in removal of your access to the Website.
You may, however, view and use Website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Limited linking is allowed, provided attribution is given, copyright notices remain intact, and links direct users back to the original page.
Requests for written permission should be directed to info@naviatherapy.com.
User Content License
If you submit or post content to the Website (“Visitor Content”), you grant Navia Therapy a license to use that content in connection with the operation of our business. This includes the rights to copy, display, distribute, edit, translate, or reformat your Visitor Content.
You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive compensation for providing such content, and you warrant that you either own the rights or have authorization to post it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The directory and related services are provided “as is.” Navia Therapy makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding results or outcomes of using the directory or any information provided.
Limitation of Liability
(a) Navia Therapy shall not be liable for any lost profits, revenues, data, or for consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
(b) Total liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed $150 USD.
(c) Navia Therapy is not liable for any outcomes of services you may receive from independent professionals listed in the directory.
(d) These limitations do not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Lawful Use
You may only use the Website and Services for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include impersonation, transmitting spam, introducing viruses or malicious code, unauthorized access, disrupting site functionality, or violating any applicable law or regulation.
Updates to the Website
Content on the Website may be updated periodically, but Navia Therapy is under no obligation to ensure all materials are current.
Privacy and Information
Information collected through the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to all practices described in that policy.

The Website is owned and operated in the United States and is intended for use by U.S. residents. If you access the site from another country, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Time Limitation
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to such claim.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific policies, represent the full agreement between you and Navia Therapy regarding use of the Website and supersede prior agreements.
